What an intimate look into the life and soul of a man. He shares of the relationship between he and his wife and the relationship between he and his God. The love he shared with his wife was so intense and focused on not ever letting anything come between them. But, as the story plays out I am reminded that the love of Christ is more intense than any earthly love. Not only is the love of Christ incomprehensible, it is the only real and selfless love we will ever receive. The letters from C.S. Lewis are incredibly clarifying and truthful. If only we all had a friend who would be so brutally honest.
